I realized last night that my bananas were going bad and my blueberries might not last much longer, so there I found myself on Food Gawker amongst other sites trying to find something I could make with them, but that did not include butter! Surprisingly enough, I found a recipe...it did not call for butter or sugar, but lots of honey! So thanks to Cook Book Archeology, I made this very moist and pretty dense bread. It is a very different consistency than most breads and I would assume that is due to the honey, however it is quite tasty! Check out the pics below and Enjoy-
